Biba founder Barbara Hulanicki’s range for George at Asda went on sale online on Monday and an animal-print bow dress (pictured) was among the best-sellers.
An Asda spokeswoman said Monday was one of George at Asda’s busiest days online. Other best-sellers included a butterfly-print bow dress and a printed bandeau jersey top. The range, called Barbara Hulanicki for George, will go into stores next week and a further range will launch in the new year. It includes jersey trousers, wide palazzo pants, ruffled blouses, printed tunic tops and mini and maxi dresses for between £8 and £25. A total of five collections are planned.
