Centros Miller's£21 million regeneration of Boston town centre in Lincolnshire has opened fully let.
Tenants at the town's 93,000 sq ft (8,640 sq m) Pescod Square development include Next, Ottakar's, Costa Coffee, O2, Home Bargains, Allsports, Peacocks, HMV and Superdrug, The Works, Julian Graves, QS, Wilkinson, Clinton Cards and Gamestation.
The shopping mall links Wide Bargate and Mitre Lane, and incorporates the old Pescod Hall. A 400-space car park has also been built off Penn Street.
Centros Miller managing director John Laker said: 'We are delighted at the quality of the lettings we have achieved at Pescod Square.
'The development has been designed to meet the occupational demands of the modern retailer and creates a natural extension to the town's prime shopping circuit.'
