Allied Carpets has refreshed its store environments to move the design away from its previous “hard to navigate stores and soulless interiors that neither excite nor invite”.
The new-look shops have trend-focused areas featuring floors of the month, and black-glass totems to define areas to improve navigation.
Chief executive Gary Favell said: “The positive steps we are taking now will be welcomed by shoppers who find flooring boring, when in reality a new floor provides a big impact on any home interior.”
Allied Carpets went into administration in July and was bought out by Hilco’s investment arm Valco.
