The brand has also tried to set itself apart by being an inclusive brand targeting a wide range of age groups.

The retailer said it was significantly impacted by difficulties relating to the implementation of a key project; delivering automation in its distribution centre. This meant it had to scale back its marketing and trading in ecommerce which resulted in it missing its sales plans.
