Braintree centre sold

Catalyst Capital has sold the George Yard Shopping Centre at Braintree, Essex, to Glanmore Property Fund for£22.5 million. The 114,020 sq ft (10,590 sq m) centre generates rent of£1.3 million a year, implying a net initial yield of 5.59 per cent.
