BSSA Summer School winners to join Retail Week Conference 2005

One of the retail teams taking part in last week's British Shops and Stores Association's 75th Summer School has won the top prize: attending the 2005 Retail Week Conference.

The team was selected from the 27 that took part in the event at Keble College, Oxford. More than 240 retailers attended the event.

The winning group was led by Thorntons head of forecasting and space planning Steve Corrall. The students were: Colin Keefe, Allders; Valerie Doyle, Arnotts; Lee Jones, Comet; Pete Gregory, Co-operative Group; Sarah Morris, Harrods; Andy Kyte, Marks & Spencer; Lesley Percy, Oasis; and Darren Barrows, World Duty Free.
