Clinton Cards, Ealing shop re-let

Land Securities has taken a surrender of Clinton Cards' lease on 61/62 The Broadway, Ealing Broadway Centre, and re-let the property to Silverscreen. The unit comprises 2,485 sq ft (230 sq m) of ground-floor sales space and 1,590 sq ft (145 sq m) of basement storage. Silverscreen has taken a 10 year lease at£262,000 a year, with a three-month rent-free period.
