Last week, it was announced that Majestic Wine and Punch Pubs owner Fortress had acquired discount retailer Poundstretcher, along with a new leadership team made up of ex-Morrisons staff.
Value chain Poundstretcher has been bought by Majestic Wine owner Fortress for an undisclosed fee.
Poundstretcher has opened a new store in a former Wilko site as it continues its expansion.
