Fashion chain Cult will open its first UK flagship store in the new St. David’s shopping centre, Cardiff.
The store, due to open on October 22, will cover more than 13,500 of space – its largest store to date.
The retailer will join other retailers such as All Saints, H&M and John Lewis in the 967,500 sq ft centre, which is 64 per cent let, or in solicitor’s hands.
St David’s is a joint venture between Capital Shopping Centres (CSC) and Land Securities.
CSC’s Joanne Skilton said: “Cult is a great brand and reinforces the fashion credibility and tenant mix of St David’s.”
St David’s letting agents are E J Hales, Lunson Mitchenall and Cushman & Wakefield. Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Cult.
