DIY giant B&Q has signed up TV property experts Kirstie Allsopp and George Clarke as part of its campaign to make home improvement easier.

Allsopp, star of Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location, will give shoppers redecorating tips and advice via in-store appearances, leaflets and online.

Clarke, who fronts Channel 4’s The Home Show and Restoration Man, is an architect and will advise on maximising space.

The stars join gardening expert Alan Titchmarsh, who already works with the retailer.
