Arcadia-owned department store BHS has launched a Jubilee Spectacular Sale today for five days over the bank holiday weekend.

The department store is airing a TV ad campaign promoting the discounting – thought to be its first TV campaign in a number of years.

BHS is offering 30% off fashion categories including all kidswear, all wedding, all women’s holiday, all women’s footwear and dresses, as well as selected lines in knitwear, accessories and lingerie and sleepwear. Non-fashion categories include homewares, dining and garden furniture.

The retailer was unable to comment on whether or not its annual summer Sale, thought to be normally at the end of July, would go ahead as planned.
