Self styled retail guru Mary Portas will launch four more Mary & House of Fraser shop-in-shops, continuing her collaboration with the UK department store group.
The shop-in-shop concept, which launched at House of Fraser’s flagship Oxford Street store in August, will now roll-out to another four HoF stores including Westfield London, Glasgow, Manchester and Guildford.
A spokeswoman for HoF said all four shop-in-shops will open in March, following the “success” at the Oxford Street store, but she would not be drawn on the exact date.
The concept - Mary & House of Fraser - features clothing brands chosen by Portas including Whistles and Day Birger et Mikkelsen, combined with her eponymous clothing range and selected homewares, as well grocery items including olive oil, scented candles and greetings cards.
In December, Portas published her review on the future of Britain’s high streets, commissioned by the Government. The Government’s response is expected in the spring.
