The Walk, Coal Pension Properties' upmarket shopping destination, situated behind Edinburgh's St James's Shopping Centre, has attracted four more brands after a slow start. It is more than half let at rents of about£100 zone A.
Italian clothing company Bagatt has signed for the 1,200 sq ft (110 sq m) Unit 22. Links of London has signed for Unit 3, which totals 1,325 sq ft (125 sq m). Thai Shops, trading as Soto, has signed for the 2,210 sq ft (205 sq m) Unit 18. Haircare, trading as Sassoon Studios, has signed for a 1,515 sq ft (140 sq m) unit.
The scheme is anchored by department store Harvey Nichols. Other tenants include Louis Vuitton, Reiss, Armani, Proudfoot, Valvona & Crolla and Sole Trader.
