Arc’teryx owner acquires outerwear brand Jack Wolfskin
The owner of outdoors brand Arc’teryx, Anta Sports, has snapped up Jack Wolfskin in a £222m deal to acquire it from sports equipment company Topgolf Callaway.
The deal, which is due to close in either the second or early third quarter of 2025, will allow for Topgolf Callaway to focus on its core golf business and will mean Jack Wolfskin will join the Anta Sports brand stable which includes Ac’teryx, and sportswear brands such as Salomon, Wilson and Atomic.
