Asos’ loyalty scheme – which allows shoppers to earn points on their purchases for vouchers – will be shuttered next month.
In compensation, A-List members will received a £10 voucher from the retailer as well as having the points they have earned converted into vouchers up to the amount of 3,000 points, or £30.
The fashion etailer launched the loyalty programme in 2016 in a bid to incentivise shoppers to make purchases more regularly. It gives five points for every £1 spent on the website, with 500 points unlocking a £5 voucher. A-Listers also receive perks including exclusive discounts and early access to Sales.
It will close on October 24.
A spokesman for Asos said: “After careful consideration, we’ve decided to wind down A-List, our UK loyalty programme.
“We learned a lot about what our customers find valuable and love about loyalty at Asos and remain committed to giving them the best experience possible. We will continue to think about the right way to do this across the range of our propositions.”
