Online luxury fashion retail platform Farfetch has made key changes to its leadership team with new executives joining the business.
Elizabeth von der Goltz has been appointed as the new chief fashion and merchandising officer and CEO of Browns, the fashion and luxury goods boutique that Farfetch acquired in May 2015.
Stephanie Simon has become vice-president of community and Web3, while Sindhura Sarikonda will be joining later this month as president, Americas.
Von der Goltz previously worked for Bergdorf Goodman, Yoox Net-a-Porter and most recently Matches Fashion, where she led the buying and merchandising functions.
Simon joined the company earlier this month and was previously on the founding team of Clubhouse, a social audio app launched in 2020, where she led growth as head of community.
Sarikonda was previously the global head of in-store at Klarna, having previously been general manager of Walmart’s US ecommerce division, and worked as head of beauty at Jet.com.
Chief brand officer Holli Rogers and chief growth officer Martin Avetisyan will be leaving Farfetch ny to pursue other opportunities.

Sindhura’s leadership will position us to provide a differentiated shopping experience to luxury customers in the Americas, including our largest market, the United States. Finally, Stephanie brings her incredible experience on how fashion can engage in Web3 and all the opportunities still to explore in this space.
