Fashion etailer Oli has merged with online department store Freemans.
Oli will only be available via the Freemans website and has been rebranded Oli@Freemans. The fashion brand’s website will divert customers to the Freemans site. Both brands are owned by German home shopping giant Otto.
Freemans said the move, implemented on Tuesday, gives Oli’s typically younger customerbase access to its credit payment option.
Freemans business unit director Diane Fowler said: “We feel that the Freemans Oli merger is a win win for both of our customer groups and will ensure that the Oli brand goes from strength to strength.”
