Jacques Vert has hired Disney Stores boss Teresa Tideman as its chief executive.
Tideman, who is currently senior vice president and joint managing director of Disney Stores Europe, will take the helm at the fashion retailer in March next year.
Tideman was a product director for womenswear and cosmetics at department store David Jones in Australia prior to joining Disney and beforehand spent 13 years with Burton Retail Group in a variety of buying and merchandising roles.
Jacques Vert finance director Ian Johnson said: “We are delighted to welcome Teresa to Jacques Vert. She is joining the company at a very exciting time and with her impressive career in retail we look forward to her enthusiasm and expertise.”
Tideman said: “I am very excited to be joining the team and look forward to working with them to grow the business, leveraging its strong brand portfolio.”
