Fashion group Next is to sell clothing online in the US in partnership with retail giant Sears.
Next fashions will be available on Sears.com and the American retailer is pitching the British brand as “high end”, “on-trend” and reflective of Sears “commitment to building an expanded portfolio of iconic brands”.
Sears Holdings president of ecommerce Imran Jooma said: “At Sears.com we are always looking to expand and evolve our customer experience while delivering popular items and on-trend fashions to customers. Next gives customers both style and affordability, so they don’t have to choose between the two.”
US shoppers were already able to order goods from Next’s website and have them shipped to the States.
