Primark has extended its partnership with Greggs as it unveils the opening of four new in-store cafes in a bid to boost the customer experience.
Primark has confirmed the opening of four new ‘Tasty by Greggs’ cafes in the UK within the next three months, as it plans to “provide its customers with unrivalled experiences”.
The Greggs cafes will open in Primark stores across Newcastle, Bristol, Liverpool and Leeds before the end of July, and will feature “the same vibrant interiors and backdrops as those in Birmingham and Oxford Street”.
The new Greggs openings will also coincide with Primark’s extension of its partnership with WornWell clothing by The Vintage Wholesale Company, as it welcomes two additional concessions to its Bristol and Cardiff stores this month.
Primark new business development director Tim Kelly said: “Our stores are at the heart of Primark and we’re always looking for ways to bring them to life, giving customers experiences they can’t find anywhere else.
“Our partnerships with Greggs and WornWell have been very different, but the customer reaction to both has been fantastic. We’re delighted to be expanding our partnerships, bringing them to more locations across the UK and offering customers even more reasons to visit their local store.”
Greggs property director Tony Rowson added: “We’re thrilled with the success of our partnership with Primark to date – ranging from three iconic fashion collections to now three brilliant ‘Tasty by Greggs’ cafes.
“We’re constantly on the lookout for new ways to inspire and excite our customers and we’re looking forward to extending our partnership to new locations later this year.”
