Ted Baker has appointed long-serving group finance director Lindsay Page as its chief operating officer.
The fashion brand said Page took up the role yesterday in addition to his responsibilities as group finance director. Page has been at the business since 1997 when he was hired as finance director.
Company secretary Charles Anderson also now has a dual role as he has been appointed finance director of Ted Baker’s subsidiaries.
Ted Baker founder and chief executive Ray Kelvin said: “I’m delighted by these appointments. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Lindsay and Charles as Ted Baker grows as a global lifestyle brand.”
Chairman David Bernstein added: “We are pleased to announce these promotions, which will support Ted Baker as we continue to develop the brand globally.”
