Topshop has rolled out its beauty range on fashion etail marketplace Zalando in a bid to drive European sales.
The fashion retailer’s tie-up with Zalando marks the first time its clothing range and beauty range have been sold via one online marketplace in Europe.
The partnership will see Zalando sell over 200 products across Topshop’s beauty range across eight different markets.
The move comes shortly after Topshop began selling its clothing range on Asos for the first time as part of its strategy to boost online revenue.
Zalando’s head of beauty Pamela Wade-Lehman said: “Zalando has been co-operating successfully with Topshop over the past years. We are now excited to expand this partnership by becoming Topshop’s partner for beauty products.
“This marks an important step on our journey of becoming the one-stop destination for fashion and beauty, providing our customers with a complete shopping experience from head to toe.”
Topshop chief executive Paul Price added: “We’re delighted to build on our strong relationship with Zalando with the launch of Topshop Beauty.
“Zalando will be the first European partner to offer customers a Topshop fashion and beauty offering in one destination.”
