Fat Face to float?

Former New Look supremo Stephen Sunnucks has joined Fat Face as a non-exec, sparking speculation of an imminent float. Backer Isis denied this and said it sees further growth potential. Co-founder Jules Leaver is understood to be looking for an exit, so a secondary buy-out next year may be in the pipeline. Fat Face posted post-tax profit of£4.2 million on sales of£45 million for the year to May this year.
