Festival Place, Grosvenor's regional shopping centre at Basingstoke, has signed deals with nine retailers and caterers, with Virginware, T-Mobile and Julian Graves joining the tenant line-up.
Virginware has taken a 2,030 sq ft (190 sq m) unit, T-Mobile, 545 sq ft (50 sq m) and Julian Graves 600 sq ft (55 sq m).
Other arrivals include fashion brand Animal, which has opened a 1,610 sq ft (150 sq m) store on the centre's upper level, Sheer Beauty in 2,625 sq ft (245 sq m), and estate agent Mann & Co in 1,450 sq ft (135 sq m).
Festival Place's catering has also been improved with the arrival of Caffe Nero in 1,860 sq ft (175 sq m) unit and Benjys in 1,400 sq ft (130 sq m) unit.
Grosvenor asset manager Clare Juniper said: 'These latest brands add something new and follow the 20 deals that we did at the beginning of the year.'
