The co-founder of Ocado and his wife have sold some of its stake in the online grocer, despite shares trading at their lowest level since the group floated last July
Tempest Capital, a trust controlled by the wife of Ocado co-founder Jonathan Faiman, revealed it had reduced its stake from 3.9% to under 3%.
Tempest sold the shares on August 9, a week before the shares plummeted to their all-time low of 118.7p.
Faiman resigned as an executive in 2008. He resigned as a non executive director in March 2010.
