Park Group has recorded a 23% leap in pre-tax profit to £8.6m in the last year.
Revenues slipped from £279.9m in 2011 to £279m in the year to March 31 2012 at the voucher specialist.
Chairman Peter Johnson labelled the results “excellent” and said current trading since year-end has been strong.
Park has tie-ups with leading retailers including Marks&Spencer, Boots, Hamley’s, HMV and Debenhams signed up to accept its cards and vouchers.
The voucher specialist is to launch mobile and email delivery of its prepaid products imminently.
Park Group said it is building sales of its Love2shop gift voucher contracts in Ireland after acquiring Dublin-based Celtic Hampers and Family Hampers in October 2010.
Johnson said: “Park has delivered another excellent set of results. The quality and strength of our operations is reflected in these results and that performance has extended into the current year, which has started well.
“The transformation of Park has continued with the rapid growth in our prepaid card offering and the introduction of a series of exciting new products.”
He added: “Park is well placed for another year of progress as its experienced management team builds on market leading positions, backed by strong customer relations and a strong cash position.”
