Richard has spent his career building and scaling aspirational consumer brands. Prior to joining Cowboy, he was Chief Brand Officer at Vashi. Before joining Vashi he was CEO and board director of Just So which he transformed from a production partner to an award-winning creative studio with clients including Netflix, Red Bull, Audemars Piguet, Huawei, HSBC, Farfetch, Adidas and Microsoft.
In 2013 he joined the Executive Committee of AllSaints, as Global Digital Director, responsible for all communications, marketing, customer experience and e-commerce. Prior to this, he worked for the Richemont Group with Alfred Dunhill as Global Head of Digital where he launched the first ever e-commerce site in the group and was responsible for all digital marketing worldwide. Previously he founded the womenswear label, Rodnik, which he ran for 5 years, growing it into an internationally recognised fashion brand showing on schedule in London and New York and with wholesale accounts that included Barneys, Selfridges and Net-A-Porter.
