Bloom & Wild, Head of Sustainability
Sibbe joined Bloom and Wild Group in early 2022 to build out its sustainability strategy and the plan to deliver on their commitments like achieving net zero. He began his career working on development projects in Tanzania, mostly in the fields of water and sanitation, education and governance and went on to advise various organisations including NGOs and government bodies in his role as a strategy consultant.
He went on to combine this broad experience with his passion for sustainability and development, and joined IDH, the Sustainable Trade Initiative. Here he worked on tackling challenging sustainability issues within global supply chains, working with companies including Apple, Nike, Philips, and Unilever, on social, environmental, and occupational health and safety issues across Africa, Asia, and Europe.
