New Waitrose online partner poaches long-serving Ocado exec
Today Development Partners, the newly launched ecommerce platform which partnered with Waitrose last week, has poached a senior staff member from technology rival Ocado.
Jonathan Faiman, the former co-founder of Ocado, has managed to lure Jon Hillary away from the business he helped found to his new technology venture Today Development Partners, according to the Evening Standard.
Hillary will join Waitrose’s new ecommerce partner as chief operating officer after having worked for Ocado for 18 years.
