Symbol group Nisa-Today has reported record turnover of £1.42bn for the year ending March 28, an 11.9% increase on the previous year.
The number of symbol group stores now stands at almost 700 and it reported strong retail recruitment figures, almost 460 new stores, which amounts to 169 new members, in the last financial year.
The group has made a payment of £4.5m to its members, the highest in its 32-year history.
Neil Turton, chief executive officer of Nisa-Today’s said: “We’ve had a fantastic year through the support of our members. The surplus payment is intended to share that success and provide help in the tough trading environment.”
He added: “Nisa-Today’s is run for the benefit of its members, and we are increasingly attracting recruitment from other groups for this reason.”
