Poundland acquires Fultons Foods, ploughs £25m into grocery offer
Poundland has snapped up frozen food retailer Fulton Foods for an undisclosed sum and plans to invest £25m into its grocery offering over the next two years.
Poundland, which has partnered with Fulton Foods over the last year for the launch of its frozen food offering in 70 of its stores, has acquired the retailer and unveiled plans to launch a frozen and chilled food offering across 500 of its stores.
