H&M has become the latest retailer to open at the Parishes, Quintain’s new shopping centre at Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.

The 1,500 sq m two-level store acts as another anchor for the centre alongside existing tenants Woolworths, Littlewoods, Peacocks, C&J Clark, Birthdays, Deichmann, TJ Hughes and Greggs, all of which opened in October.

Quintain development director Bill Raspin said: ‘This opening has greatly enhanced the fashion offer available in the town.’

He said more lettings were under negotiation.
