Six retailers have taken units at the 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m) Galleria outlet centre at Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
According to WD, which manages the centre on behalf of the owner, Galleria Jersey, rents have now risen above £30 per sq ft (£325 per sq m).
Coloroll has taken Unit 26 on the upper level, paying £63,000 a year for 2,105 sq ft (195 sq m) of space.
Thorntons has taken Unit 87/89 at a higher rent of £55,000 or 10 per cent of turnover. Costa Coffee has acquired Unit 61 at a higher rent of £34,000 or 10 per cent of turnover. Unit 42 has been taken by Professional Cookware on a 10-year lease at a higher rent of £42,925 or 10 per cent of turnover.
Meanwhile, Pringle has taken the 1,955 sq ft (180 sq m) Unit 27, and Virginware has taken the 1,215 sq ft (110 sq m) Unit 59.
