Deliveroo has partnered with The Perfume Shop, offering customers a selection of designer perfume brands for delivery in 25 minutes.
The partnership will include more than 1,000 products from The Perfume Shop’s range and is part of the rapid delivery provider’s bid to expand its Deliveroo Shopping offer to more non-food options.
Deliveries will be available from 21 The Perfume Shop stores covering London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh, and will launch “in the coming months”.
Deliveroo Shopping was launched in November 2023 and includes other non-food retail partnerships with the likes of DIY giant Screwfix and lingerie and sex toy specialist Ann Summers.
Eric French, chief operating officer at Deliveroo, said: “We are really excited to be partnering with the UK’s largest fragrance retailer, The Perfume Shop, to offer their range of perfume products on demand.
“We know people are using Deliveroo to send gifts to friends and loved ones, as well as purchase fragrances for themselves, so this will be an ideal partnership for our customers.
“We look forward to welcoming more partners to Deliveroo Shopping as we continue to expand and enhance the convenience and variety we know our consumers love.”
Gill Smith, managing director at The Perfume Shop, said: “Teaming up with Deliveroo is a very exciting moment for The Perfume Shop. By partnering with the UK’s leading food delivery platform, we’re taking our gifting and retail options to the next level.
“The exciting collaboration is all about opening new avenues and making things more convenient and accessible to our customers, and being able to enjoy their favourite fragrances with the same ease and speed they’ve come to expect with Deliveroo. We’re delighted to see where this partnership will take us in the future.”
