Holland & Barrett is extending its click-and-collect service to include all its UK stores following a successful London trial.
The health and well-being retailer will extend the service to its 760-strong UK store network over the next two months.
Holland & Barrett, which reported a 12.2% rise in full-year profits last month, has been trialling click-and-collect in stores within the M25 since last autumn.
Its click-and-collect nationwide service will allow shoppers to place orders up to 8pm for collection the following day.
Gordon Hewlett, head of direct sales division for Holland & Barrett International, said: “Being able to integrate our website with our strong network of high street stores will provide an easier and more seamless shopping experience for our customers.”
More than 6,000 of the retailer’s products will be available for click-and-collect and products from Holland & Barrett’s sister brand and sports nutrition retailer MetRx.co.uk will also be available to shoppers.
Last month, Holland & Barrett also partnered with InPost to allow shoppers to collect online orders from parcel lockers at other retail outlets. It said the combined click-and-collect offer and parcel locker service will “serve an increasingly younger and tech-savvy customer”.
