Holland & Barrett has rolled out its order in-store offer across its 700 UK stores as part of an ongoing fulfilment drive.
It will enable shoppers to order any of the products across its 8,000 health and wellbeing SKUs in a bricks-and-mortar outlet, either for in-store collection or home delivery.
Orders will be processed by staff through the tills and can be delivered to any location within Europe.
Holland & Barrett, which launched next-day click-and-collect across its UK store estate in August through a partnership with InPost, will fulfil in-store orders from its Midlands warehouse.
Trebling product choice
International director of projects Ray Aldis said: “Order in-store easily trebles the breadth of offering in most stores, while even in our largest More stores we are more than doubling the range.
“Coupled with our range of available delivery options it brings another level of choice and convenience to our customers.”
The UK-wide roll-out follows a successful trial across 22 stores in the North.
The retailer, which launched a shop-in-shop partnership with Tesco in July, will also introduce its order in-store offer across its 52 stores in the Republic of Ireland in coming weeks.
