House of Fraser has appointed ad agency Delaney Lund Knox Warren to head its creative account, starting with its autumn ad campaign.
The retailer has said the brief includes incorporating its branded offer with its own-label and stores advertising.
The agency – which counts Morrisons and WHSmith among its clients – will report to House of Fraser head of external communications Amanda Green and brand director Matt Chambers.
Chambers said: “This is an exciting phase in House of Fraser’s growth. We continue to add new brands to our portfolio alongside our major store reinvestment programme and we believe DLKW will help our communications reflect these significant changes.”
DLKW chief executive Mark Lund said: “House of Fraser is a great brand with big ambitions in a fascinating sector. We thoroughly enjoyed working with it during the pitch process and are really looking forward to starting work on the new campaign.”
