DIY giant B&Q has announced what it described as its biggest-ever Autumn price investment.
Customers spending over £50 between this coming Friday and Monday will receive a privilege card entitling them to 10% off everything they buy in stores and online until the end of October.
Trade buyers will also receive a 10% rebate on everything they buy across the long weekend.
The launch of the privilege card, B&Q’s second, follows the launch of its first in May, and the company claimed the move would save customers a total of £20m on top of £25m savings already so far this year.
B&Q chief executive Euan Sutherland said the move would help shoppers get their homes and gardens ready for winter. “We’re seeing more and more people across the UK improving instead of moving.”
