Bed specialist Dreams has drafted in former Jessops commercial trading director Andrew Villars as its logistics and supply chain director.
The news comes as the retailer remains on the hunt for a new chief executive after Nick Worthington stepped down from the business last month.
Dreams was acquired by Sun European in a prepack administration deal in March, as revealed by Retail-Week.com.
Villars, who joined last month, is responsible for improving the distribution of goods and will also focus on driving employee engagement.
Dreams commercial director David Tracey said: “It’s an exciting time for Dreams as we enter a new phase for the brand with our new owners Sun European Partners. We look forward to repositioning Dreams as the number one UK bed retailer and sharing our love of beds.”
