Jimmy Choo for sale
Jimmy Choo has been put up for sale within three years of being floated on the stock exchange in order to maximise shareholder value, The Times reported.
This move is supported by the company’s independent directors and its largest stakeholder, Jab Holdings, which holds a 68% stake.
Shares in the luxury shoemaker increased 8%.
The firm confirmed it did not receive any approaches from interested parties.
Arcadia’s Outfit opens first store at BHS unit in high street
Arcadia’s multi-fascia concept Outfit is set to launch its first high-street store next month in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in a former BHS unit, Drapers reported.
The store will offer clothing from Topman, Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Burton, Wallis and Dorothy Perkins.
The firm is planning to open further stores in September and October at Barnsley and Edge Lane in Liverpool.
