Missguided chief financial officer quits

Missguided’s chief financial officer Paul Masters has resigned from his post, Drapers reported.

Masters had joined the company in February 2015.

Missguided’s spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Paul Masters has left by amicable and mutual agreement following discussions around the long-term strategy for the business”.

Sports Direct’s Mike Ashley acquires 25% stake in Game Digital

Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley has acquired a 25% stake in Game Digital, Sky News reported.

The purchase of the stake will be announced to the stock market this week.

Ashley is interested in Game's potential in the e-sports market.

Spokespeople for Game and Sports Direct declined to comment.

Aldi and Lidl offer school uniforms for lowest price

Aldi and Lidl have dropped the prices of their school uniforms, with each chain offering an entire outfit for £3.75, The Guardian reported.

The £3.75 uniform package includes two polo shirts, a sweatshirt or jumper and trousers or pleated skirt.

Lidl will start the sale from next Thursday, while Aldi's is set to start online and in stores from today.
