Sports Direct reportedly interested in Clerys site

Mike Ashley-controlled Sports Direct is thought to be eyeing sites including the former Clerys building as part of its Irish expansion plans.

Clerys is owned by Deirdre Foley’s Natrium consortium, which bought it for €29 million hours before the store was shut last June.

P&G accuses Poundstretcher of selling counterfeit Head & Shoulders shampoo

Procter & Gamble has filed a copyright lawsuit against budget retailer Poundstretcher for allegedly selling fake bottles of its Head & Shoulders shampoo.

The US consumer products group has filed damages at the High Court over the trademark infringement in 2013 to 2014, according to The Sunday Times.
