House of Fraser gift cards are to be offered to Tesco Clubcard holders throughout December after the retailers struck a deal to create the promotion. 

Tesco customers will be able to exchange £12.50 worth of Clubcard vouchers for a £25 House of Fraser gift card

The department store said it would give the grocer’s customers access to thousands of premium brands across fashion, electricals, beauty, children’s and homeware products.

John Dove, manager of House of Fraser business incentives, said: “This is a fantastic offer for Tesco Clubcard holders and comes at a time that’s perfect for Christmas gift buying.”

The gift cards can be spent in any of its 61 stores across the country and online at www.houseoffraser.co.uk. 

The tie up comes as House of Fraser launches a two-day Sale in the run up to Christmas. The department store is offering up to 40% off branded lines across all categories until the end of today.

House of Fraser ran the same Sale last year, although this year’s is a week later than last. The move comes as experts predict that this year will be the most promotion-led Christmas since the height of the recession.
