Ideal Shopping Direct is to launch a customer rewards programme for its Ideal World brand.
The home shopping retailer will offer members savings across a number of lifestyle categories, including home and garden to kitchen, technology and craft.
Ideal World head of marketing Alex Hardy said: “Creating a loyalty and rewards programme supports our ethos of bringing great value to our customers, as well as enhancing customer loyalty.”
The retailer is working with loyalty programme specialist Rocket to develop the scheme.
The multichannel retailer is also working with marketing services specialist Acxiom to create a single customer marketing database across all of its channels.
