In-store music company Imagesound plans to double the size of its business over the next five years, and is aiming for a presence in 20,000 retail outlets.
Imagesound Plc was created last week, when acquisition vehicle Advance Capital Invest bought it, along with TTL Music and Rolec, in a deal worth£15.1 million.
Imagesound supplies music and technology to 40 retail and leisure businesses.
Clients include Superdrug, B&Q, Footlocker, Carphone Warehouse, Bhs and Comet.
Imagesound chief executive Michael Clark wants to double turnover in five years to£20 million. He said: 'We are able to approach the retailer with a number of options. We can offer bespoke solutions for one store or for the entire chain.'
Clark said that Imagesound's service can help stores deliver sales uplifts in the 'low teens'.
