French retailer Carrefour and Turkish partner Sabançi Holding are to reorganise the governance of their joint venture.

Sabançi, which was the minority shareholder, has increased its share capital in CarrefourSA by an additional 12% to 50.8%. Carrefour’s stake is 46.2%.
