Insolvent drugstore group Schlecker has begun clearance Sales in the remaining 358 Schlecker XL and 367 Ihr Platz shops. Products have been discounted by between 30% and 50%, according to administrator Werner Schneider.

The Schlecker XL shops will be closed in August. Schneider is still searching for buyers of the remaining Ihr Platz stores.
