German wholesale group Lekkerland-owned convenience chain Conway has taken over Spanish wholesaler Grupoil. The acquisition is in line with a strategy of strengthening Lekkerland’s traditional core business.

The purchase will enable Lekkerland to further establish itself in the Spanish convenience sector.
