Grocer Kroger has revealed it intends to pursue several future growth streams, including new store expansion – adding stores in both existing markets as well as entering new territories. It also plans to test new formats and enhance its multichannel capabilities. While most growth will be organic, the retailer has not ruled out entering new market areas through acquisition.
