Japanese fashion retailer Uniqlo plans to increase its outlets in Thailand to 100 by 2021, from six boutiques at present, reported The Nation.
The first location will be the Promenada Resort Mall in Chiang Mai.
Eight to nine new Uniqlo outlets are scheduled to open in 2013, including four by August at Chaengwattana and Fashion Island in Greater Bangkok, as well as stores in Pattaya and Promedana in Chiang Mai.
Of the 100 stores to be opened by 2021, 40 will be in Bangkok and 60 in the regions.
